We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Fenty Beauty purchase, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be in new or gently used condition to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your request.

Print Your Label

Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS return shipping label provided by our system.

Pack It Up

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the return packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Ship & Refund

Drop your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
